Ronald E. Taylor, a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), has demonstrated remarkable leadership across various esteemed organizations. Serving as Executive Vice President - Chief Diversity Officer at Natixis Investment Managers - US from 2022 to 2024, Taylor drove the development and execution of the organization’s DEI strategy, fostering operational excellence and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, he held pivotal positions at Mizuho Americas and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he spearheaded comprehensive DEI initiatives, collaborated with senior leadership, and represented the organizations in external diversity forums, solidifying their reputation as employers of choice.
